On World Mental Health Day, I'm flying solo to talk about the important subject of being aware of the impacts that stress has on our emotional, physical and mental health.
I'm sharing some of the ways that long-term stress affects wear & tear on our bodies, and our lives, and ways in which you can start to take notice of just how it might be affecting you, without you even being aware.
This is my rally cry for you to take care of yourselves. It is my wish that all of us become more aware of what's going on, so we can take better care of ourselves and our health, or to look out for other people who may be struggling too.
